12A. POPIA Compliance & Enforcement 

AMBIENT (PTY) LTD confirms its commitment to full compliance with the Protection of Personal Information Act, 4 of 2013 (POPIA) and undertakes to process all Personal Information in a lawful, reasonable and transparent manner. 

In terms of POPIA, the Company:
